Welcome to our newly renovated cabin and bunkhouse that provides the rustic charm of lake living with all the modern conveniences you’ll need for your getaway in Spring Haven near Sleeper Point. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake, mountains and spectacular sunsets. The cabin’s rooms are separated by walls but are open at the top making it easy for late night conversation. There are 2 bedrooms, open kitchen/living room, office, a new ductless mini split AC/heat pump, new appliances, new bathroom and a beautiful screened in porch with a second dining table for relaxing and enjoying lake views. The detached bunkhouse has a twin daybed and two separate loft areas – one with two twin beds and the other with a full bed. The bunk house is ideal for older children to camp out and play. Take a short walk to a small private, sandy beach to take a dip and enjoy the views. Play games and kick-back in the spacious yard with a new gas grill, fire pit with chairs, and horseshoe court. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the surrounding homes are owner-occupied. Maximum of 8 guests, no parties or loud music permitted. Convenient location to all Winnipesaukee attractions including Alton Bay, Meredith Bay, Weirs Beach, Wolfeboro, and NH Bank Pavilion concert venue. Hiking at Mt.
